Behind the Mission
Jeanille “Rocky” Rockett is a Leadership, Culture, and AI Strategist with over 11 years of experience helping organizations, educators, and entrepreneurs use artificial intelligence ethically, effectively, and with a human touch.
A Certified Prompt Engineer and the founder of Conquer AI and AI School for Educators, Rocky has led more than 250 trainings across education and corporate sectors, designing practical AI solutions that connect people, processes, and performance.
Her work bridges the gap between innovation and implementation. She’s helped:

Coming from a family of educators, she built AI School for Educators alongside teachers, counselors, and leaders who shaped its foundation. Every workflow, resource, and tool was co-created with real educators to make AI training accessible, inclusive, and classroom-ready.
When she’s not teaching or building systems that simplify success, Rocky is proudly raising her daughter, indulging her sweet tooth as a self-proclaimed cookie monster, and continuing her lifelong work of helping people and organizations thrive from the inside out.
She believes the future of education isn’t about replacing people with technology — it’s about empowering people through technology.
