You’re Already Using AI to Lighten the Load.

Now let’s make it even more effective.

Educators are turning to AI every day to help with lesson plans, student feedback, parent communication, newsletters, behavior logs, IEPs, recommendation letters—and more.

But many still find themselves spending too much time tweaking, rewording, or rewriting while still not quite getting what they hoped for from the output.

After surveying over 400 educators, we confirmed the #1 use of AI?

Writing.

And the #1 frustration?

The time it still takes to get it right.

This free writing lab is designed to change that.

In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to prompt more precisely, and reduce the amount of time you spend editing AI-generated content.

This experience will help you save time, improve clarity, and stay aligned with your teaching goals.

Know Before You Go!

For the School Leaders

If you're an administrator, you already know your teachers are using AI—formally or informally.

This session isn’t about introducing them to another shiny tool.

It’s about
refining how they use what they’ve already adopted—with structure, purpose, and stronger outcomes.

By attending or sharing this with your team, you'll:

→ Support your staff with practical, time-saving strategies they can apply immediately

→ Help reduce burnout by streamlining one of the most demanding tasks in education: writing

→ Gain a clear understanding of how AI can align with instructional goals, communication standards, and compliance

You don’t have to master AI to support your team—you just need to give them the right tools.

For the Educator in the Classroom

This writing lab is built for you.

You’re already using AI. Maybe it’s for lesson outlines, behavior notes, newsletters, or recommendation letters.

But if you're:

→ Still reworking the output

→ Spending too much time editing

→ Not sure how to make the AI sound like you…then this session is for you.

You’ll walk away with a better way to prompt, write, and apply AI in the work you’re already doing—without having to learn a bunch of tech jargon or spend hours figuring it out.

We’re not introducing fluff.

We’re helping you get better results from what you’re already doing.
